More than a Community Manager
Community isn't just answering comments. It's creating places where people want to participate—and making sure their voices help shape the game.
For LEGO Brawls, that meant hosting livestreams (including the official Steam Next Fest broadcast), building the official Discord community from the ground up, creating a fan kit packed with ready-to-use assets for players and media, and running Super Test—an invite-only ambassador program where trusted community members received early access to new maps and provided structured feedback directly to the development team.
The projects below are a few of my favorites because they all share the same goal: turning players into collaborators, advocates, and an active community.
Quick Wins.
Discord Community
Built the official server from scratch.
Super Test
Turned players into playtesters.
Creator Resources
Made LEGO Brawls easy to share.
Steam Next Fest & Beyond
Hosted Steam Next Fest showcase and community broadcasts.Creator Resources
Creators shouldn't have to go on a scavenger hunt for assets.
So I built the official LEGO Brawls Fan Kit—a one-stop shop packed with logos, screenshots, key art, character renders, trailers, and everything else someone might need to create content about the game.
Whether you were a journalist covering a new update, a creator making a YouTube thumbnail, or a fan sharing your favorite brawler, the goal was simple: make it ridiculously easy to share LEGO Brawls.
Going Live 🎥
Some of the best community moments happen when everyone's in the same place at the same time. I planned, produced, and hosted LEGO Brawls livestreams ranging from community play sessions to the official Steam Next Fest broadcast—creating opportunities for players to connect with the team, celebrate new content, and simply have fun together.
